Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your credit card information. Sales tax will be charged where applicable based on your shipping address.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment authorization issues. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

Please note that an order confirmation email is a receipt of your request, not a formal acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship your products and send a shipping confirmation.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not liable for products delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we're unable to accept returns on opened products for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products in original, sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@perfectlyfinebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, for verified damaged or defective products.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at hello@perfectlyfinebeauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We'll provide return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Discretionary Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or solutions outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not create an expectation of similar treatment in future cases.

Product Use and Disclaimer

Our products are intended for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes — if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on broken, irritated, or compromised skin or scalp. If you have an existing scalp condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. We recommend performing a patch test before use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

We make no medical claims about our products. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By using our products, you acknowledge that you have read the ingredient list and product instructions, reviewed the ingredients for any known allergens, and will discontinue use if you experience any adverse reaction.
